I understand the importance of protecting the privacy of all members, and that the membership directory must not be shared, forwarded, or used for individual or mass advertising, marketing, or business promotion of any kind including products, sales or events.

I release and hold harmless the South Vancouver Island Potters Guild, its directors, officers, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from the misuse of my information by third parties or technical data breaches.
