No refunds, credits, or transfers of participant fees will be issued due to inclement weather. It is the participant’s responsibility to bring appropriate protection (tents, weights, tarps, sidewalls) for their booth and merchandise. In the event of extreme or dangerous weather conditions that pose a safety risk, the organizer reserves the right to cancel, delay, or shorten the outdoor portion of the event. If the event is canceled by the Organizer for safety reasons, a full or partial refund will be issued.
