Guild Membership Return Policy
Once you pay your dues for a year they are non-refundable.
If you pay your membership dues twice in a year there is a $5.00 Service Charge to refund the additional payment or you can apply the payment to the following year (in which case you will have to remember you already paid it).
Refunds on Workshops and Special Events
- The guild relies on membership fees and registration fees for planning purposes and to cover the cost of programs and events.
- If a member is not able to attend a program or event that they have registered for, they are welcome to find a substitute member to attend in their place (and have them pay the member directly) however registration fees will not be refunded.
- In some cases where there is a wait list for a program or event, the guild may endeavour to assist in finding a substitute and approve a refund to the member that wishes to cancel (less admin fee of $5.00) once the replacement registration fee has been fully paid by a new participant.
