Booths will be setup inside and outside the Oak Room at Fairfield Community Centre. We will endeavour to accommodate your choice however space is available on a first come first serve basis and locations are allocated by draw. Click correct location to register for either Inside or Outside (SOLD OUT).
Deadline Entry is March 15th. If there are any spaces left or dropouts after that date members on the wait list will have first option.
Spaces may be shared by more than 1 potter at no additional charge.
The price has increased slightly to $60. this year due to additional costs. Fee is non-refundable.
Indoor setup is Friday evening (hours to be determined). Outdoor space setup is Saturday morning prior to 9am.
Indoor Space – 5′ x 6′ Includes: 1 x 2.5′ by 6′ table and 1 or more chairs. Some spaces have electrical outlets available. Please stay within your allotted area. If you take more space you will be charged more.
Outdoor Space – 10 x10 No setup materials provided. Tents without sides permitted. All tents must be weighted down on the corners.
